the staff were friendly and helpful

the room we were in seemed tired it needed an upgrade the shower had mold in the corners the toilet holder needed replacing i could not open the window because of the smell and noise from the restaurants

convenient access lovely balcony effective window

i found the lift access to the rooms very convenient. the balcony overlooking rua augusta was lovely. the windows effectively blocked street noise ensuring peaceful sleep. also the rooftop terrace location for the included breakfast offered a cool experience.

but it was minor.

the room was spacious with a comfortable king bed. it included a window in both the bathroom and bedroom allowing fresh air circulation. blackout blinds were a nice touch ensuring a good night's sleep if needed. the room was super clean.

Romantic Stay in the Heart of It All

top-class service central location comfortable bedding

The staff displayed genuine commitment to providing top-class service. My emails received detailed responses, a wonderful touch. The location proved unbeatable. It was so central. The bedding was supremely comfortable, with my room facing the inner courtyard, ensuring extreme quiet.

I found the breakfast underwhelming. The bread tasted dry. Boiled eggs varied between hard and loose, a small detail that affected the experience. Glasses on the tray was unclean. Attention to these details is important. During an early trip, the to-go breakfast included only one small muffin, one apple, and one juice per person. A more complete offering would be appreciated.

the lift access was convenient to reach all floors. the balcony overlooked a lively street. breakfast on the rooftop terrace offered great views.

the minibar prices were a bit high compared to nearby shops.
